One notary. Every kind of signing.

One notary for every kind of signing — online from anywhere, or in person across the Space Coast. Tell us what you need and we'll take it from there.

How it works

From “I need a notary” to “done” in three steps.

  1. Book a time

Choose online or in-person and pick a slot on the live calendar — or just call. Pricing is quoted up front, with no hidden fees.

  2. Verify your identity

In person, we check your government-issued photo ID when we arrive. Online, you'll answer a few quick questions from public records and show your ID on camera — about five minutes.

  3. Sign, seal, done

Your documents are notarized and sealed on the spot. Online sessions deliver digital copies instantly, and we ship originals anywhere they need to go.

Common questions

Is online notarization actually legal?

Yes. Florida authorized remote online notarization in 2020 under Florida Statutes Chapter 117, and documents notarized online by a Florida-commissioned notary are legally valid in all 50 states. Every session is recorded, your identity is verified, and the document receives a tamper-evident digital seal.

How far will you travel?

Anywhere within about 2 hours of Palm Bay — that covers all of Brevard County and much of Central Florida. We'll go over the details with you when you book, so there are never any surprises.

How much does it cost?

Every appointment gets a clear, all-in quote before anything is scheduled — one quick call or message and you'll know the exact total for your situation, with nothing added later. Florida notaries quote individually because travel and witnesses vary, but the number you're given is the number you pay.

What types of documents can you notarize?

Nearly anything that requires a notary: powers of attorney, wills and trusts, real estate and loan documents, affidavits, parental consent forms, vehicle titles, business agreements, and more. If you're unsure, call us — we'll tell you in one phone call whether we can help.
